OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you will have 14 days to cancel your order. This two-week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. For every faulty goods claim please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will look into it.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
Once your return has been received, we will send you a notification email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The production team assess the product for damages, once this has been approved or rejected you will notify you through email with an update. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and refunded in to the original method of payment, within 14 days.
Bespoke Items: Bespoke manufactured items may not be eligible to a full refund. This is at the discretion of the account manager (many items are manufactured to order and therefore can not be resold after return)
Refund Carriage: If an item is returned for a refund the return carriage will be paid by the customer. This can either be arranged by the customer or by contacting the Insulation & more team.
